  • How quickly are recordings made available?

    During ongoing courses, our goal is to make recordings available within a week.

  • Do subscribers get course credit?

    No, TOD subscribers only follow along with the students at their own speed. Enrolled students are eligible for graduate credits and Auditors are eligible for a Certificate of Attendace.

  • What if we don't finish watching the recordings in time?

    Sometimes life can get ahead of us, please reach out to us via e-mail to request an extension. Extensions may be denied if the course is about to be re-offered.

  • What is your refund policy?

    If you accidentally purchased the wrong subscription, and have not yet watched the recordings, please feel free to reach out to us via e-mail.
